National Havaianas Thong Challenge
On Australia day 2007 simultaneous events were held at the following locations:
NSW - Dee Why Beach (Part of Warringah Council's Australia Day Breakfast) 
VIC - St Kilda Beach
SA - Glenelg Beach - Featured on Look up and Smile
QLD - Currumbin Creek (Palm Beach Surf Club)
WA - City Beach
The record wasn't broken, but a lot of fun was had by all!
